In this post I will be sharing the thoughts I had since my first draft and feedback, as well as the photos of my magazine after implementing the feedback I received. I will also be including the changes I made based of the feedback and why I implemented those changes.

Since my first draft and feedback I realized how important it is to have multiple perspectives on this project. For example, I created my cover and magazine but of course it wasn't perfect. Having others comment on what I could improve on was very helpful as those thoughts they brought up weren't what I had originally thought or planned to do. The feedback I received came from the "outside world" which has given my magazine the opportunity to appeal to more people than just myself as I received other people's opinions other than just my own. Overall, I have incorporated all the feedback and classmate critique I received and made the necessary changes to my magazine.

After implementing the feedback I received:

Using my classmates feedback, I brought up the masthead.

Why: I made this change so that there wasn't a gap of empty space above the words Charmé Magazine.

The changes I will make on my TOC is to make the words bigger and make it into a title on its separate line instead of on the same line of the actual editors note. They also said to remove the semicolon.

Why: All of this would help to make my editors note stand out more so it is more likely to be read.

In the first page of the double page spread, I was told that I should bring down the title a little bit.

Why: I did this as it was too high and could get cut off easily.

Lastly on the second page of my double page spread, the feedback I received was to move the pull quote from the bottom of the page to the middle

Why: I did this so there I more of a breakage between texts. They all gave me this feedback because having the pull quote in the middle would capture even more attention by readers as it is more centered rather than being on the bottom of the page.
